Even with automaton uninstalled on ps4, the game has purple textures everywhere from the missing content. The game doesn’t know how to handle the other dlcs without automaton. I tried loading a save I had in Far Harbor and it was a forest of purple.

Once you go to Nuka World you basically become a raider no matter what and regardless of how you handle things there. As far as I can tell there is no way to make good with Preston afterwards so make sure you do all you can with him before you go there.

There is no PS5 version of the game right now and it shouldn't be happening anyway because the PS4 version is supposed to be fully backwards compatible. You can set up the defenses strong enough to where they can survive attacks. It's a huge pain but doable for a few settlements I like. As for the rest...tough.
