I mean Capital Wasteland Project Raiders is beyond broken on fallout 4
I love playing a Corpo V. I did my run with a Nomad V and found that was enjoyable but Corpo life is the best life.
Another idea Bethesda could do is enable modding for Fallout 3 and Newvegas on console

A bit of stutter and I have had to completely restart my mod list about 5 times today...
Not from the locations but I guess the ship mods I have aren't playing nice so I'm going to avoid ship mods minus falkland, crimson fleet habs, downfalls habs, and stroud premium.

Alright an derelict oil/mining rig playerbase on the same planet as Neon or a base modeled similarly to Kamino from starwars
It would add a sense of desolation and make for a good Role Play base
In a way if you go the route of the oil/mining rig you can have it have some sense that a neon gang was there once using as a counterfeit goods/drugs production base and have some of the graffiti scribbled in certain areas and rust in others since it's been abandoned for a while.

I just might have something a bit like this as part of my next mod that’s getting close to finished (I sure hope is getting close to finished)

I think you mentioned before there being a statement saying people can use Halo assets as long as no money is being made? If so, I'd link to that statement in big bold letters your description, just to make it really clear. Unfortunately there have been a bunch of Astral Lounge music replacers on Nexus that I've liked, and one by one they've all been taken down, the site is (understandably) jittery about anything that even might be copyrighted music being hosted there.

The have a strange problem with porting assets and sounds even from their own games let alone other games and such
Take Fallout 4 for example I see no reason why I can't port a Fallout 76 weapon to it. But copyright laws are a hassle so we live by the rules. 😂

Well, The Dreamlands is still a mess. No update/fix in Creations yet. Too bad because the mod has a lot of potential but it is so disorganized it is a waste of time in the condition it is in now.

The previously mentioned update was sent to Bethesda over a week ago, nothing I can do currently. I haven’t had anyone else mention issues, would you mind sharing some information? Load order would be a helpful starter.
I have a minimal LO and that is not the issue.
I went NG+ again so that I could do the Constellation mission as a couple quests in that main mission are required according to your mod description.
It allowed me to access a couple more of the 8 POI’s mentioned but keeps sending me back several times to the same POI’s.
There is no way to choose which POI to go to and I am not even sure I have found the items needed in each of the POI’s as there is absolutely no guidance if they are completed or not since I keep getting sent back to them when I have been thru them several times each.
Got to Haidee with the four chem recipes but every time I get sent back there nothing has changed from the first time and all I can do is purchase more of the 4 chems.
Have not seen the 2 Earth POI’s or anyway to get to them. There are several places that have things that require a key to open but no keys anywhere in the POI unless you have hidden them under an empty box somewhere.
So far I have wasted more time going thru the same POI’s with nothing to show for it as I got the 4 chems and no “plethora of goods and gear” as mentioned in the mod description.
I see so many people say I have minimal load order and the issue ends up being the "minimal load order" lol not saying this is the case here just something I've seen many times.
I have 26 mods of which DarkStar mods are 3 and 5 patches for weapons to DarkStar.
No mods that affect any planets/moons/cities/homes.

I provided some feedback and I am trying to provide more feedback as I like the mod and like I said already the mod has great potential but continuous cycling thru the same POI is extremely annoying.
There is no guidance on if that is necessary
There is no mention in the mod description of any possible conflicts with other mods
What is “minimal load order”?
And in all fairness to gman and the mod I went ahead and did a Unity jump just so I could do the main mission again to be able to complete a couple quests his mod requires to be completed to unlock some of the POI’s in the mod.
I honestly wish there was a mod to properly organize your load order on Xbox

I usually add extra bug fixes because I doubt Arthmoor utilizes them in his Unofficial Patch mod

Use some of the ideas from tge other crime mod "since I doubt they are compatible" like counterfeit passports, alternative smuggling routes, maybe drug manufacturing
A fuel mod by Korodic would be nice as well one that adds a fuel system to ships or one by skinnypig

Question about the Turn Power Back On in The Well. I have been sent to this one 6 or 7 times and still no key for the cases at the end.
There is a secret switch behind the waterfall in the center. If you follow the vent path to the left as soon as you enter the boss fight room you’ll find it.

Maybe add to your mod description that the keys are extremely hard to find but that they are indeed there so people know that there is actually something to find.
From what I’ve gathered, it seems the mod is working as intended, there isn’t quest markers for every level and many things are hidden.
The RNG isn’t being the nicest to you, but the nature of the mod is that it randomly picks from all available locations. There are plans to remedy this, but it will take time.
The earth location is unlocked via the mod description, not as POI. Once conditions are met, data slates will pop up.
Have unlocked the Earth location but had a disappointing encounter with Edmund. He disappeared

After the dialogue we went to kill Starborn and he disappeared

If he doesn’t die or travel back, he will disappear, there isn’t anything else you need from him.
Current plans are to have him begin appearing as a companion in the dreamlands, but again this will take some time to implement.
As I have said before I like the mod and believe it has great potential but currently causes so much lost time that it is very frustrating. Like now, I found the secret switch but it appears to have done nothing.

When it comes to paid mods I expect a little better quality and experience.
The Dreamlands is a good mod, it needs work and should not have been released for 400 cc’s without sufficient testing.
When it gets properly fixed it will be worth the 400cc’s.

I think people need to understand the testing ability between 20 people vs 200 "as an example, as there's way more people playing the mod then there's going to be testing it." lol
Also, the variations of set ups and load orders that are impossible to quantify or predict as they are both ever changing and expanential.
I absolutely agree paid mods should be at a decent level of quality if not higher but to expect them to be flawless is setting yourself up for failure as long as they're actively aiming to patch whatever comes out of the community I'd say they're doing it right.
An extra giant enemy will have spawned, on his body should be a copy of the key.
As for updates, I couldn’t have put it any better than tank did. I do not intend on abandoning the mod when issues arise, but updates, especially substantial ones, require time and effort from many people.
As for many of the gripes I’m hearing, it comes down to a mismatch of expectations. No, I didn’t put in a lock without a key, but I also didn’t tell you where said key was. I understand why that may be frustrating, and is also why I’m keeping a close eye on feedback. Because what I think is cool may not be what everyone else thinks.
And after all, the goal is to provide the best experience for everyone. Rest assured the mod isn’t abandon at all, and criticisms don’t fall of dead ears.
I have no idea how well you tested the mod, how many people have downloaded it and actually played it, or how many have found it to be extremely difficult.
Example….the Turn Power on in the Well seems straightforward but at the end there is a hidden switch which can not be seen or scanned located behind a waterfall up near the ceiling out of reach and the only access is along a big pipe that is blocked by another section of the pipe ( a ‘T’ section) and at the end of the pipe when a determined player manages to get around that section there is no way to see the switch until passing thru the waterfall.
Clever of you and deviously thought out but there is nothing anywhere in that area which would lead a player to think…”Hey, maybe if I got up on that section of pipe ( out of several other sections of pipe) and walked along it and got around the T section and went thru the waterfall and looked up I would see something that would do something that would make a big dead enemy who would have the keycard.”
I like puzzles and challenges but do not like being abused.

I think abuse as a term might be a bit extreme lol I totally understand your frustration
As we the modder is making the thing it's completely incomprehensible to try and predict how users will approach situations, this also leads to perception differences, I. E creators finding something to them that might seem obvious but in reality might be impossible outside of their curated thought process and foreknowledge and they might not realize that.
It's a fun balance
Sometimes you nail it other times you leave a person looping around a waterfall for hours 🤣🤣 which is why feedback is absolutely essential and I think you're doing great at explaining it.
I always say, use development aids like, go towards the red lights or follow the blood on the floor but even then sometimes that's beyond someone's observation
Or ya know.... They installed a mod that changed the red lights I used to white and now they're blended with everything else
There is one that was fun and challenging. The GalBank one offers a good challenge with logical results. Took a few tries to beat the “challenge” but worthwhile and the reward was not hidden behind another 6 things to do.
Gotta remember some folks like God mode while others enjoy actual difficulty abuse lol

Here is the rub on one of the POI exploration and solving it.
It is completely random when I will get back to it. I may have to do 40 to 80 sleep cycles (that is no exaggeration) to get randomly put back there or maybe just a couple cycles when I know what I need to do but can’t just go there when I want to.
I have a limited amount of time to play and if I spend it doing sleep cycles and going from random POI to random POI not getting the one I need where is the fun in that. By the time I get the one I need I may be out of time for the day.
It can take up to 12 sleep,cycles just to get put into one of the POI’s.

The one I want is 1 of 8
The One Hit Mod, if you even FALL the wrong you immediately die.
You thrust too fast in your ship it explodes
Hell, if you drink more than one water YOU DIE
If you sleep longer than 8 hours, YOU DIE
And some people find that fun

Also, late night mod idea. Clothing gets dirty after a while. You can visit the cleaners in any city in order to get it laundered and restored. Bonus to crit chance or something for wearing freshly laundered clothing. Just an idea.

Hey the majority is Downfalls house mods, korodic mods, and a mix of Harra, Bub, and Hyper X weapons and wulfys mods
That’s a lot of mods. Lol. I have always heard at 7/8 GB the game starts breaking down on Series X.
Btw the faction mod is called "Factions & Encounters Expanded" it has 9 new factions that have unique loot lists and it comes in 3 major pieces and as I said it has integrations with wulfys kitbash armors and skins

I heard about Forgotten POI. Always wanted it. Never had the inclination to pay, though. It looks pretty good.
I have it however haven't found any of the places yet as I usually find more of the darkstar take over pois
For the Wulfy mod my recommendation is the mod itself followed by the outfit/spacesuit asset packs and the lvling patch that let's them level with you
Albeit I also rock the kitbash space suits and the crimson fleet overhaul
But those are secondary and uneeded
Now I’m torn. Long week at work to get this mod and starting over from the beginning.

Also the skin pack by wulfy I can't live without goes to his combat medic Spacesuit skins it's how I made my trauma team character
I use SKK’s alternate start mod where you can start on New Atlantis and I generally do the UC introductory mission first, then “The Old Neighborhood”. That’s like two hours at a minimum.
Alternate start mods are the only mods I ever have problems with in Fallout 4, Skyrim, and Starfield
They were pretty good in all. I believe I used the one in Skyrim the most.
Xtudo mods in skyrim are a must

However since there is no ships category mentioned I put them affter the adds buildings to cities but I make sure I put Outpost mods before them so it goes adds buildings to cities, outpost parts, and then ships
Wow…..yeah….that could be the issue lol. I actually have the ship framework mod around the bottom of my LO. It wouldn’t really work properly without being on the bottom.

An underwater city "akin to vault 22 from fallout 4 and rapture from bioshock" on the planet that the city Neon is located on. And it's a fast travel point to a landing platform in the middle of nowhere and you walk down the steps of said landing platform to a loading screen disguised as a submarine "akin to bioshock" and it takes you to this city

You bet! (See my tartarus mod for an rather extreme example). At the end of the day, they're just materials / textures over a mesh.

Yeah, tartarus is (sort of) a tertiary (3 star) system, I kind of cheated though. You can't have 2 "stars" in a system (as far as I can figure), although there is a binary option. But, you can reskin planets into stars then just orbit the star-planet around the main star!
yea you can also make a custom "sun preset" to get this like the mod does with a single star in a system
however the problem is that the flare will be in the middle instead of one for each texture so I was wondering if that would be somehow possible to fix

I *think* so, at least somewhat. I have a planet orbiting a gas giant real close and while dark the gas giant lights up the planet, there's a luminosity setting for planets as well as stars, so, maybe just crank that way up?

If you're comfy with xedit (and maybe a bit of nifscope), grab my two system mods and dig in! Thes only like a dozen records in each. Stars a pretty straightforward, planets have a bunch of biome junk but the you're mainly concerned with base components and body stuff.
Tartarus is by far the best to look into. The ark mod has a bunch of other planets and some custom stuff.
Will look at some point, I feel like just changing the texture of the disk in the sky is easier for me but then we come back to the flare problem which I can't find textures for

My main problem with adding actual stars instead of the illusion is that the system map would have an extra star while that star already existing, for example I think for your method to show toliman in alpha centauri you have to add a star copy of toliman but then have it not show it on the system itself but only when actually in orbit or on the planet

If you want to just play around real quick, here's a crash course off the top of my head. Open CK, change the full name of literally any gas giant, save and exit. This will make it so you can "copy as new record" the planet in xEdit into a new .esm (then delete the green overwrite to undo you name change).
Assign your new gas giant to alpha centauri in the body (system ID 71456 I think). Give your new gas giant a unique planet Id (the number literally doesn't matter). Set it's parent planet to Alpha (or jemison!). Done!

Later down the road, in base components just change the gas giants nif to a star's, assign matching "mats" as a star.
The min/max orbits define where in you system the new planet is put. But, to add a binary to jemison's sky.. that's where you're in uncharted territory. Could have it orbit jemison but then.. that would look odd in system view. Hm, idk. Have to think on it after work :/

That's just what they look like, getting the most real-estate out of the area avaliable. Right is the shoes. Pant front and rear the upper left and middle. Pant waist cap upper right, lower leg caps just below that. Pads? In the bottom left.
You can play with colors for the entire image or isolate pieces and color them individually.
Thes probably a loot better ways to do this (in blender perhaps?) Where the texture is applied to the mesh and easier to visualize.

@woeful sigil I saw you made two capital wasteland mods would you by any chance bring back the laser rifle and plasma rifle as well as the pistols? And perhaps maybe some more iconic custom made landmarks to earth like the New Vegas strip, a smaller portion of Boston and DC?
Honestly. Yeah. The planet is gorgeous, the quests are interesting, the characters are well written and acted, and it has some of my favorite side quests in the game
The combat is fun too, it’s harder than the base game which was a nice change of pace, and the new enemies have some added mechanics that shakes things up a bit
My biggest gripe was I wished it was longer, and had impacted the rest of the settled systems more. Personally looking forward to playing through it again
Should i play it after The base game or is it cool to play it whenever
It doesn’t really matter, I would just suggest not going in till you’ve leveled up a bit, as the combat is quite a jump in difficulty

See, I would like that as well. The ability to take over major hubs similar to Skyrim. It won’t be easy, but it’s possible. Even new cities can be added to the DLC that are ripe for the taking.

Everything installed via Creations should work. And fyi Bethesda installs are not all Bethesda products. Hell's Gate is not Bethesda but marked as Bethesda Studio as one example.

so apparently in the latest BETA patch Bethesda added melted candles from Shattered Space into the base game. Presumably for modders to use in their mods, because they are unused in the game

@timber umbra howdy partner gotta say I'm a big fan of your works and got all of them installed currently. I have a very small request that I hope wouldn't take too much time and it involves your OwlTech 3×1 medical bay hab and replacing the little gym in the back with a morgue tonwork with korodics "useful morgues" mod. I also noticed when using the CC fuel addon that when trying to put a siphoning monitor onto one of your habs walls it falls off.
I could add a copy of that hab with the morgue but I will not make a patch for the useful morgue mod. As for falling of what do mean?

And like well I'll use the decorator mode to build said siphoning terminal on the wall but the entire siphoning terminal refuses to adhere to the wall

Ok so the new and upcoming watchtower mod. Any predictions? Thoughts? Because I think it will be cool for a few reasons.
Being able to drop supply pods makes me wonder if it will work for playing with ammo weight turned on. Carry a little ammo and if you need more call it it helldiver style.
And the trailer makes it look like we get a second ship in orbit to launch them from. Possibly customizable in ship builder so that sounds cool.

hey guys, is there any reason why any of my mods are not working aside from SFSE? No mods are showing in vortex's load order.
I have 28 mods installed thru vortex and non of them worked. I did the archive thingy, everything. rechecked all installation instructions and nothing worked. Any advise plsss?
I’m pro discovery but I wouldn’t be opposed to a database that populates itself based on discovery and might be persistent through NG+. It would cover a lot of preferences - exploration and discovery, completionism, perfectionism…
That being said, as it is right now is very in-line with how the game works. You explore, you discover, you remember (or you check yours or others’ notes if you forget) which, at least IMO, it’s very rewarding and involved.

Good Evening, I've downloaded the creation kit with the intention of attempting to plop down a few building here and there. However the last game I used the creation kit for in a serious capacity was Morrowind (I dabbled with Skyrims). Opening up the new kit and I've got massive yellow boxes everywhere and more buttons and options then I know what to do with, even trying to move my camera had the LIST building disappear somewhere (I didn't save the changes). Is there an idiots guide floating about somewhere?

Delivering Devils wasn’t a bad quest line. In fact, the whole UC Quest Line was pretty decent. Never finished it, but it was decent, at least to the part I got up to. I only really finished the Crimson Fleet quest.
Anyone playing with the real fuel mod? I'm a little confused about a part of it regarding interplanetary travel.
@tall swift Is it intended for me to not be able to utilize interplanetary travel when I run out of fuel? The tooltips/description seem to indicate that I can still travel between planets in the same system as long as I'm in space. But I hit zero fuel and I am not able to. I can't get to anywhere to refuel as a result. I thought the fuel consumption was only for grav jumps between systems? Is this an issue or am I misunderstanding?
I also can't access fueling options from the cargo panel anymore. Not sure if it bugged for me.
Hmm. Yes, you should still be able to travel between planets as long as the only issue is that you have no fuel. If you have no fuel because of another event like an Overheat or Cooldown, you would have to wait for that to expire before any interplanetary travel is available. If either of those effects are active they would be visible in the Status menu.
If neither are active, just try toggling the Fuel and Exploration options off, close the menu, then toggle them back on again.
If you've installed a Fuel Panel, the prompt will no longer appear on the Cargo panel. Removing all Fuel Panels from your ship would allow you to access fuel management from the cargo panel again. If you have no panels it would presumably be a bug.
I will double check my status for sure. For more context, I have not yet put the fuel panel on. I'm at an outpost for the Groundpounder mission. When I jumped back and forth on the same planet, I thought I still had fuel left but it consumed that fuel even though I didn't grav jump, just moved from outpost to outpost.
And at zero fuel, can't interplanetary travel. v_v I toggled it once before but the issue seems to have come back.
Gotcha. I'll make sure there's nothing specific to that planet/system that throws the system out of wack (some vanilla locations are set up in a way that does not match their star system, causing bugs with things like RF.)
I'll test the fuel issue now. As the script is set up the only thing that should be able to disable planet-to-planet travel is the Cooldown mechanic.
yeah that's how I figured it should work based on how you described it in the mod. But sure enough, I was able to make it happen again. Zero'd my fuel jumping over to the next system, can't planetary travel.
I am using the Creation Store paid version via Steam (PC) if that helps any

Ok so here is what happened when I checked all of that: I just now jumped from Jennison to the Altair system. It said it was only gonna use 25~ of my 50 fuel, fuel is now empty instead, there is nothing under status effects. 🤔

Using slightly more or less fuel than shown is unavoidable - I'd just recommend using a larger fuel tank (160 is comfortable and most other class A vanilla ships have about this much to start with). The system is usually accurate to within ~20 units of fuel - but of course if you only have 50 total this is significantly more noticeable.
Is the cockpit vanilla? Did you see the options at any point in the past or they just disappeared?
That makes sense, I know there was mention of the additional mod that helps a bit with the distance calc. The cockput is fully vanilla, Frontier, new save.
It was working for me at one point, at jemminson, then never again so far.
Good news though, full restart has yet to prevent me from interplanetary travel again though.
Guess I'll hunt down the mats for the fuel console for now
I will double check the prompt display logic then if it's the vanilla cockpit. I'm glad the restart sorted the travel issue, I really can't think of a scenario where running out of fuel could block interplanetary travel.
I'll let you know if I figure out how to recreate that issue, but if not then I guess it was just a bug or game needing a restart.
Sounds good. If you happen to also be using Real O2, that had a bug with travel that I just fixed a few minutes ago - it would be functionally indistinguishable from if RF were blocking travel if you had run into it.
If you are/were not then hopefully it was just crossed wires.
I don't believe I'm using real O2, so maybe just a fluke. I don't think I have any other mods that affect travel either.

I made a mod that leans into this idea, using Terrormorph genetic material to craft invisibility chems. It provides an incentive to hunt them.

He can appear both there and at the Viewport in New Atlantis in early game, in your first universe you can even have a discussion with him.
Interestingly, it's actually a different NPC to the one you meet later, with a different appearance if you were to remove the armour with a console command.
I use korodics better useful morgues mod as it allows me to body bag corpses and harvest organs on an autopsy table to sell to the trade authority
Make sure to do one for useful morgues too please
Morgues is nice because as I said I can zip up bodies in a body bag "cleaning up the area" and take them to an autopsy slab and harvest them for organ contraband

I have added Starvival to my Wabbajack modlist and got it patched so everything works well except there is some form of conflict between this mod and Ascension that means boostpacks still work with zero fuel.
Does anyone know what in Ascension could be causing the conflict? I've disabled Ascension and boostpacks won't work without fuel, so I'm certain it's a conflict between these two mods.
I have Starvival below Ascension in the load order and have used xEdit to look for and patch any obvious conflicts but can't seem to find the cause. If anyone has any ideas or insight so I can create a patch, it would be greatly appreciated.
Boost pack ability is controlled by an AV (I forget the name but it is referenced in the boost pack training perk) - if two mods try to control it from different perks it will not show conflicts in an editor, but neither perk will work properly and the value will be stuck at either 1 or 0.

I did try deleting any records in Ascension related to perks but that didn't solve the issue, so I had assumed it wasn't related to perks but I will double check that is the case thanks.
I believe Ascension only controls it via the vanilla perk, last I checked at least.
I have no idea how Starvival does it but I am relatively sure it is via script.
Yeah, it is a script in Starvival (scripts are beyond my capability). I was hoping by deleting the perk record in Ascension, that would make Starvival work as intended but that didn't seem to be the case. I will double check this though. Thanks for your help.

Messing around with weapon attachments in NifSkope, trying to make the guns from Shattered Space look a little less reskinned and a little more Va'Ruun-y. But editing the model, saving, closing, and loading up the game to see how they actually look on the gun is kind of a pain. Is there a tool or program I can use to see the whole weapon at once while I'm editing parts?
Should be able to preview in the ck. It won't look identical, as the renderer is different, but pretty close.
I can preview individual parts there, but I don't see any way to bring up a render of a whole, complete weapon.

Yeah I'm not sure why this happens, my guess is there's something about the ChildRace that doesn't work with the default master combat package and so they default to flee.
Is there a way to change that? At least on Cora? I’m not expecting every child to run around like Rambo, but I just wanted to have Cora on some safe missions. I’m not like Sam. Lol
I'm afraid I'm not at all versed in AI packages, I've only used the premade ones so far, so I couldn't tell you why it's not working. The conditions don't seem to exclude children directly.

Yes, but not as a vanilla furniture item, which is why it's not in my animations mod.
Some animations add a keyword to the regular NPCStanding marker instead of having their own furniture item, or they're scripted and just have the NPC use an AnimFlavor directly.

I'll be honest, that would require a bit of investigation. I've looked and I can't find the AnimFlavor that uses easily, at least it's not obvious in the CK. I can't even find it with a quick search of the scripts. I'd have to see if I still have a save at the end of the Crimson Fleet questline before boarding the Vigilance as that's where it happens, and then poke around in script fragments or possibly the packages. It would also need to be keyed to something. i.e. Use NPC Animations works on entry/exit of the furniture. I'm not sure how you'd have an NPC do that if not part of a scripted event, so logically I'm not sure where/how this would work either.
In short, probably not something I'd look into right now I'm afraid.

Hi everyone. I'm not that new to Skyrim Modding so i know one or two Things. I'm using the Vanilla Body and using the KZ Tachyonic Core Arsenal Mod. Is it just me or is this Clothing Mod using it's own Body Type (what KryoZet is using on his Character) or his Clothing Mod have no Sliders Support at all? Because when i see this Armor Set in some Starfield Videos they have a thicc A$$ and so on.
I allways was obsessed with Problems like that in Skyrim too. Using a UNP body and then i downloaded a UNP Armor Mod and now my Character's Adjustments are double the Size? With correct LO?

So has anyone figured out how the farm animals in galactic harvest? I like I wanna grow full sized animals as a good supply. Thought I could do that but everything I try to hatch turns out mini.

Eh no biggie. I can always hunt bugs, also synthetic meat machine works.
I literally have hunting crabs that always wonder into my settlement and we have a certain motto "Stay strapped or get clapped" they infact didnt not stay strapped
So I did look into this a little more, and it's kind of good news, bad news. While I did find the salute and cheering animations, they're what's called idles. When the game uses these for the SysDef celebration scene it spawns temporary NPCs with specific packages to look at the player and allow idles to play, then uses a scene to play the idles, and deletes those temporary NPCs when it's over.
Unlike in Skyrim, if you try and get a regular NPC to play an idle in Starfield a lot of the time it will just fail to play as many things block them, intentionally. Even with Sarah standing perfectly still and not trying to do anything here, the animation worked less than half of the time - even her regular look around, look at her hands etc. animations would interrupt or block the idle from playing. Inside a ship with NPCs trying to sandbox it would be even less reliable.
Basically, there's a reason the game tends to use AnimFlavors and furniture with animations enabled for most animations, those can be reliably activated without messing with packages and quests/scenes, unlike idles. It might be possible to repurpose these animations for furniture, which would be much easier and more reliable, but that may also require animation tools that we don't yet have.

Depends on the mod, probably won't crash but, if two mods change the POI cell itself (move things, change landscape, rtc) instead of things upstream (stuff used for spawns for instance) then the last mod to change the cell will be the only one applied.
I'm unable to load saves on Varuun'kai. I've updated, messed with load order, verified in Steam, swapped everything in and out, etc. I've also heard of there being some sort of save issue that may cause it, but I load into my safety save on my ship just fine.

Does anyone else have the Random Access Start paid creation? I’m trying to diagnose why every time I try and start with it I’m always spawned in a debug room I can’t get out of.
If you’re a fan of Skyrim, it’s definitely a fun mod to play, if you can ignore a few grammatical errors here and there, it’s worth it, it’s reasonably priced too.

I agree. I understand they were trying to be futuristic and everything, but some of the clothes look ridiculous.

Some of the NPC outfits added by Crowd Outfits by Pegasus might scratch that itch some. Still got pretty futuristic designs obviously, but there’s a lot of regular pants and top combos that look like they would be pretty comfy for just chilling wherever you’re chilling

You need an outpost on Strix I. It has aluminium, iron, and I think l pigment, structural, ornamental, plus He3 if you want to ship resources to where you’re currently building
If you hit up Alpha Ternion III and Charybdis II and you’ll have everything you need a lot of for outposts and then some
They all have attractive biomes to build at for them

I do a lot of outpost building too, and once I did my first NG+ the first thing I did was try figure out the most efficient way to farm resources, while also offering good spots the build so i don’t have to sacrifice any of my outpost slots on someplace not exciting
For Strix one it’s always on a split biome which has a sort of meadow on one side and snow on the other. It’s really cool

Strix I also had alakains and a grown source of nutrient. Using that I made my first Major outpost for mass producing alien liquor.

Hey tg if you are still here I'm having issues growing corn in the greenhouse A. The corn grows normally to stage 2 but disappears when it would be fully grown.

@surreal storm Hate to bother but I noticed your Tiny Reasons to Explore creation had a recent update that says it integrated some of the locations from your Tiny Reasons to Scavenge creation. Do you know if two are still going to work together with that redundancy, or if there might be some kind of conflict now.
