It's inside the main office in the Neurodyne Botany Lab in the Beta Marae system. Very cool place if you've never been there.
I've been having an issue with the CK, this window should have some options at the bottom (as you can see in the image), but it's cut and I can't reach the other options that are supposed to be there. I tried resizing the window, but it still doesn't show the other options.
Is it because my monitor is too small?
That seems like a bigger version of the jellyfish aquarium, maybe it was modified and added as a static object, don't know of any mod that allows to control the size of clutter objects. But I guess console commands should help.

@hexed pilot an escamotage can be rise your monitor resolution, with virtual super resolution on AMD or similar on Nvidia stuffs, than if you are on 1080 try more, 2k or similar on using resolution monitor change on windows. Have you tried to dock the reference panel moving it close to a side or top/down?
Oh well, shouldn't be too hard to mod in though, maybe I'll get to making something that adds this objects as outpost decor someday.

@tulip rapids I installed Skully's and I love the selection. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the large fishbowl. I'll have to see if they can snag it for the next update. As an added bonus, it's allowing me to decorate the Personal Starstation (I can't move or delete any of the set pieces still though).
I always wonder why there a more habs in POIs than in outpost building. these look better than our normal options

My game has been crashing alot while loading saves but I attribute that to the load system Bethesda is using. I load into the Lodge with no issue and go out the front door to a 5 minute load to crash.
Question: I just got a pc, can I use the ck with the gamepass version or do I need to purchase it on steam?
Is there a process I can use to figure out which ones would cause the audio problems?

You were spot on with that question. I get teary-eyed when I see some points of interest with things that I would like to have in my bases. Decorations, walls, greenhouses, etc.
My 200 runs, but like I said, audio problems.

I figured out text replacement!!!!!!!
Heck yeah! Making progress. Now you can open an account via the terminal and check your balance. Now to work on deposits and withdraws and then closing the account and that's banking done!
I'm looking at the possibility of being able to open multiple accounts as well since I'm looking at integrating running your own business at some point
That way you can have a business acount for stores and stuff that you run. Since each account is limited to a 32 bit int/float since I'm using globals
Running your own business may come in it's own mod. I'm not sure yet

So now I know how to do the deposit and withdraw menus!
I wanted a mod where it would be possible to send minerals via cargo ship to a specific NPC base for them to purchase, with the credits going to the player. It would be like a mining hub where we could connect our bases via cargo links to automatically sell ores.
Working on something like that
It'll be a part of the dynamic econ mod that I'm working on. You'll be able to set up tade routes and those items will hopefully show up in the vendors inventories but you'll get credits for the items you sell
For the outposts, I plan on making it so that you can set up what looks like a cargo link and hijacking the menu so that you can set up traderoutes to certain cities and then you'll get paid for the items you send there

Not ones available now. But like big ones that may be coming in a few years. Akin to the fallout London or Miami ones
Like my ammo manufacturing redone mod and stuff. I'm making a patch for it and my ship weapons use ammo mod so you can manufacture ship ammo and then tie that with a dynamic econ mod and then you're selling ship ammo to ship services vendors lol
And I hope that I can modify their inventories with that dynamic econ mod lol
So basically trade routes you set up actually have an impact on what vendors stock
@iron venture If you need a tester for this mod, I'm available. I love creating mining hubs in Starfield; my bases are gigantic, and I've expanded them even further thanks to mods that have altered the limits.
I don't know how possible it is but it's definitely in the realm of possibility to an extent I think
I gotta get StarFinance done first and then I can work on the dynamic econ mod. That one is going to take a lot of work lol
I still gotta figure out what i'm going to do with StarFinance in terms of variable interest rates for banking. I have it set up to use an economy factor to adjust interest rates but it's a static value at the moment. If bethesda introduces something like a war or something breaking out again I'm definitely going to make that impact the interest rates and stock market lol
Imagine, going into an economic recession because the galaxy is at war or something
Also....onto the deposits and withdraws now. I need to figure out if I can use one menu for the amounts and then have the deposits or withdraws use that same menu and then change whether it's calling the deposit or withdraw functions
The check balance is working flawlessly though 🙂
I should have banking at a minimum done today and loans should follow soon after. I have to adjust the loan system to provide shorter terms for loans to create more pressure because as it stands it's based on a month system rather than a week system or something.
So you can actually take a loan out for 24 in game months 🤣 There's not much pressure to pay that back though and it makes it less exciting

Well The person who made skyrim together open sourced the reverse engineering work on starfield but they won't release an actual starfield together unfortunately.

What issues are you running into?
i added weapons to a vendor, it was working for testing, then when i hit convert to small master, no vendors have anything anymore.
i disabled the mods and now the vendors have their inventory
Sounds like the leveled list got borked. Try changing the load order a little to see if something is conflicting

I would recommend doing leveled list injection rather than hard edits to leveled lists
There's a script out there you can add to a quest to do it without having to write it
It's called Connor's leveled list injector or something like that. You just attach it to a quest and use the properties to inject the leveld list properly without a hard edit. It reduces load order issues like that

When it comes to mucking with leveled lists you want to avoid hard edits because it creates incompatabilities unless you're doing a full rebalance of loot tables or stuff. If you're just adding items then use injection
It makes it so that your mod won't conflict with other mods for the most part
I gotta actually do something similar with my mod
Gotta do form list injection lol.
That way other mod authors can just call the register company or register index command and then it injects their company/index into a form list that's displayed in the terminal lol
I created a few for my vendor but edited some premade ones damn thanks so much hopefully i figure this out today.
Also if they're not showing anything it could be the buy/sell lists for the vendor
But I would still do injection regardless if you're modifying vanilla vendors though
i didnt change that option but yea gotcha

Good evening/night y'all . i have an issue with my boostpack after deleting one of zone76's mods its either the ecliptic mercenary or the infiltrator suit's that messed it all up and now all boost packs empty the whole bar in one go causing 90% of the jumps being an instant death . anyone here have a solution on how i can fix this i already deleted all mods and reinstalled multiple time's that didn't do anything. Hard reset didn't do anything either and weirdly only one of the four characters i have is affected . im on xbox series x .
yep i had that and thats the reason its causing death cause i go so high and every time i break my legs when i come down 😅

Yeah but if i boost again it shoots me way up again and all boost packs work the same no matter what they have like balanced skip power all of m empty the whole bar in just one jump
Sorry, I can't figure that one out then. When I boost, my bar stays full always no matter how much I use it.

it has something to do with the mods that i deleted from zone76 cause before there was no issue . and specifically the 2 mentioned above since the both have boostpacks in them and also a always on version . so i think that that has left some line of code messed up when i deleted them . luckily i wasn't that far in this save it was a fresh character . I'll figure it out tomorrow . thanks anyway

I literally just wanted the player lines to say something else. I don’t know where to begin with pathing so.

I've accidentally added a master to one of my mods many times 🤣 when you have multiple mods open in CK and have an active file set it will add them as masters and if you don't remove them before you publish that tends to happen

It has a good grasp on papyrus for fallout 4 and skyrim but it doesn't have the best understanding of which version to use for which....especially for starfield

All this while you’re secretly knowing this is what you wanted so that you could get deeper into the trenches. Finding out that they’re the ones behind a lot of smuggling, hiding research labs, starborn experiments. Ect.

Honestly.....I would say it's definitely possible but it requires knowing how the effects work and just modifying the location the flames come out. You would just need to add the boost functionality to them like they do with the starborn suits/jetpack

Made a Pack Seeking Missile Weapon Mod of the CE-09.. Made Much Improved Missile Behavior and was able to remove ships bouncing when hit with multiple Projectiles... still more tweaking but hey im happy its like watching gundam/robotech/macross space fights!

not that i know of yet? its just a slight change on the Gameplay settings in CK it just reduces the diameter of the ship steering but as a precaution back up save and try at your risk

Oh. Uh. There's a post on that. It's probably due to the SBGS files not loading in the proper order. Once I updated MO2 it fixed it. You can also make the Starfield.ccc file with the core gamefiles in it
yea pretty much I made it where you can build a chunks franchise at your outposts, and I plan on giving the player the ability to regulate that and have ships come and go and visit these franchises etc
I got stuck plating a lot of X4. And it reminded me a lot of the things I was hoping would be in Starfield. In many ways, X4 did space combat better than Starfield. But Starfield has better ship explosions.

How to make an civilian outpost spawn and rename it
1 Find the activator Make a copy, in the name field put what you want the outpost to be called.
2 Make a quest to run once, one stage marked to run at start
3 Make a location alias, use; get is current location exact
Location has keyword == clearable 0 and get location has ref == mapmarke...
And rename it

I can't find the cheat terminal mod in the in-game creations menu on xbox. I even bookmarked it on bethesda.net but still can't see it. Is it not visible because work-in-progress? Or am i just blind?
Could be it was not released for Xbox, it requires a different way to pack things and such on xbox vs pc and many modders dont do that. Likely due to technicality or not owning a xbox

Hey gang, I'm not super new to modding but I can't figure out why the "Walls of Starfield", "Paved Akila", and "Akila City Defense Batteries" PC mods from the Creation Club website won't appear in the Starfield Creations launcher ingame. If anyone knows why they are missing, could they please share with me? I confirmed they all state they are compatible PC mods. Is there a good in depth overview about what you can do with the Starfield CK? I’m really curious on the planet making if that’s a thing (I don’t see why not), if you can import heightmaps, decide to make the planet procedural or not, change elements of main planets (adding more mountains or changing biomes of Akila) etc

exactly what I just did, went there to see if bards outpost beacon works there so I can have people there or see if it's an outpost so I can assign crew. sadly neither aren't possible atm. feels so empty without it

I can spawn in a NPC with Skully's Emporium but they can't be assigned

it only pulls up the "decorate" menu not "build" so the beacon is excluded.

Have you checked the settings tape? There's an option to set their cost to 0. So they don't take an assignment slot. Are they still taking it with that set on?

I used it to create space at the Dauntless crash site. Had to clear a ton of trees to plop down a house
I kept hacking away at VASCO too, he always gets too close to the action lol
One issue I had when creating it was the papyrus function to detect if an object is in sight. It ignores objects under others. So some trees cannot be removed if they are under some foundation. So I will try and improve it too

My outposts are glitched asf atm lmao. It got attacked by Spacers and when i reload the area then come back to life for a second then die but theyre still stood up and just in the way lmao
