The "estate" was all surrounded by builders cage and the lawn was overgrown. Driving up to it, there was shite everywhere

Had a similar experience when I went to the hot tubs at The Rabbit spa - lovely view overlooking the river, but behind the place there was all this construction going on. Very unconvincing illusion

The site there has been really run down for years. There was a really nice dense wood that they thined out really badly to make space for something but it has just sat like that for 10 years.
