I have recently moved from successfully using a Docker image in Synology for Overseerr to the community build of Seerr after the end of life warning.

Setup was fine and both Sonarr and Radarr are connected without issue. However when adding requests in Seerr they fail on timeout for both TVDB and TMDB. I have no such issue in Radarr and Sonarr themselves, just Seerr.

As it's a SynoCommunity build I don't have an option to enable the docker modification for increased timeout - but in any case why would Sonarr and Radarr work directly otherwise? Example error:

2026-02-21T11:46:41.036Z [error][Sonarr API]: Error retrieving series by tvdb ID{"errorMessage":"timeout of 5000ms exceeded","tvdbId":463433}

Is this something that can't be resolved until the next build release, or is it a configuration issue? The server is already whitelisted on my PiHole.

Try preview-servarr-timeout-increase-more docker tag
