Hi all, I just had a family member request a show via the overseerr web app. But for some reason it didn't auto approve. In the screenshot you can see I have auto approve enabled for everything except plex watchlists.
Any idea what would prevent it from auto approving?
Just noticed the specific user permissions were different than what was set globally in the "Users" section of settings. No idea why they were different though?
They sign in via plex account. Not sure if that makes any difference?

Just noticed the specific user permissions were different than what was set glob...
Settings > Users is a global perms section which is for DEFAULT perms when a new user joins. Once a user exists, you need to edit their perms via their profile settings or Users > bulk edit
