Trying to figure out if there's a way around this. Like the title says if a user requests a season, all future seasons are monitored as well by Sonarr. This kind of goes against the whole concept of having to request things in the first place. Am I missing something?

When a new season is released, sonarr adds the "Monitored" status to it, that's why.
If you don't want future seasons to be monitored, you can set the series' monitoring settings to "No new seasons" but that's not something seerr does by default when a user requests a season

we dont have that option hardcoded. We never used it before

Awesome. It seems like it should default to No New Seasons to take full advantage of the request by seasons feature.

I'm still running Overseerr, will this apply to that or do I need to migrate over to Jellyseerr?
