#Auto-Request Plex Watchlist - noob question

I'm still very new to Overseerr as well but how I think it works is
You add to Plex watchlist
Overseerr Requests it
Then the request has to be approved to be auto downloaded with a sonarr or a radarr instance
And you can enable auto approve requests in settings on Overseerr
Like I said I'm still new to Overseerr as well but from what I know thats how I'd assume it works and why you're having issues
Because it sounds like your Plex watchlist is being reqested but the requests aren't being approved
I'm pretty confident I've setup auto request on everywhere. Both on the server and for my users. It seems like there's a delay when the request is made on Plex instead of Overseerr
So working further with it, it seems that all the Plex Watchlists are updated at the same time every 25 minutes. So if you request something it could take 1 minute if you're lucky or 25 minutes if unlucky. This is much better than the 6 hours refresh rate of Radarr which is questionable. Up to this point I haven't found a way to set the refresh time faster than 25 minutes. If anyone knows a way, please share it here!
I would think that since it's hitting a Plex API that they limit it not to get throttled.
