As someone who played phantom a lot before the change I never felt like it needed any health buff. It's main thing was that it's a glass canon due to its high dmg output and shield shred ability, but low health. now it just hasa high dmg output with more health to tank. lets not forget it already is good for survivability with it's mines and invisibility.
After playing the changed phantom I still feel this way and it's exactly what people had thought before. Now the class feels slightly less fun to play due to the less risk factor of playing him.
for an actual phantom buff all we really need is the old wall damage returned
