hmmmmm tricky. I feel like a race mode could work well, but I like the idea of a capture the flag type thing other than gates, like you have to keep an item in your zone for however long to score points, something to that effect

blast mode:
all dragons have blast and can ONLY attack with blast
blast is on a 5-6 second cooldown
two blasts are enough to kill anyone

instagib:
everyone gets the new phantom spike ability and can only attack with it
it's hitbox is reduced
it's projectile speed is increased in case it's slow
the spike is on a 10 second cooldown
hitting the spike instakills someone

a Beta version of Carnage where Rage does not exist and you have 3 fireballs. experimental mode, maybe?

a PVE raid against a fully armored Eduardo loaded with full auto crossbows and ability to chuck mines so you can get punished if you just sniff its butt and spam flamebreath all day.
maybe the kingdoms are tired because you keep bullying the small Eduardos and stealing their lunch money, so now Gigachad Raidboss Eduardo is unleashed as a new raid boss to protect the kingdom's cash.

Castle defense, (pvp mode) with balistas that spawn at random that we can use to either decimate 1 enemy wave or damage the enemy lines. It'd be cool if we had to hover over them and aim them somehow
-too tired to elaborate too far on that, but castle dfense would be neato
I guess give the towers random power ups either side can snag at specific time points in the game that can change the tide

could also put a pve boss in it that we have to navigate the castle to find and then take down as a team. it does high damage and you have to dodge it or die.
...would at least give that dodge mechanic your adding some other use.....


Escort mission. maybe we're guarding an onground convoy and we have to keep a majority of it intact by the time it reaches point B

maybe both teams have their own convoy they have to lead. the team with the most survivors to its convoy wins.

maybe the enemy team can also flick switches to block off quicker routes with rockslides and the team has to clear it with fireballs?

Colossal fights: Pve:
No surprise, we want to fight the queen of the hordes.
If you guys keep dodge, perhaps it could be used in pve scenarios primarily....Tentacles and claws that whip and slash at players, teeth that gnash and massive tails that arc like a whip around it.....

Dodge has a place...but I think it would be better kept in PVE scenarios vs pvp.....
(also the animation could be refined but...eh one thing at a time)

I would like to battle massive titanic monsters, like feidr did!
Huge dragons, huge sea monsters, huge worms??? Just big monsters! big bads that we can navigate kind of like an old game mechanic from Lair.

In lair, we could rope big enemies legs and trip them for a short time!

We could also pick up medium sized enemies - like horses/rhino dragons, whatever -and use them like canon balls to crash down upon enemies.....I would really like to see some things similar to Lair in time.....It was one of my fave games from an eternity ago ....and if this game makes it....i would like to live through Lair again through Century.

Stealth missions: Navigate hazardous caverns with high security to take out sentries/key guards or figures and defense systems like balistae and canons.

If you wander into lit areas, you will be caught.
if you get too close to certain sentries you will be caught.
Busting equipment makes a noise that attracts guards. If you do not vanish from the area quickly, you risk being shot down.

Being caught can result in taking high damage until youre out of range, or simply being killed.

A VIP mode.

Xv1 gamemode.

At the start a random player is chosen. They are highlighted, gain berserk, get a massive health boost. To counter people who are very good at the game they slowly lose HP. The HP loss increases over time. A small amount of HP is restored whenever the VIP gets a kill. The other players must kill the VIP. Whoever gets the kill is made into the VIP.

Whichever player manages to get the most kills within x amount of time wins.

A Mode where you and your team have to protect a group of gold carriers against dwellers or the enemy team. If your team manages to escort the carriers into safety, you win, if the enemy manages to kill all of them, you lose. The carriers could fly through the GoF gates and obviously have a bit more health than usual.

I already had Said my ideas but Ill post IT here too; I have 3 cool gamemodes that would be awesome to add, Ill put this here and hope a dev reads it and consider it. Feel free to Tell me your Ideas.

First Idea: it would be a 2v6 game split in 3 rounds
The team of 2 have these avantages;
-more health
-more stamina
-more damage

Disavantages;
-can't load back their shields
-have 1 life
-don't have rage

The team of 6 players tho they have;
3 lives
Normal stats

You have to Win by putting ko the other team.

Second Idea;

This is a 5v5 gamemode, one of the team is defending a huge base/castle with a flag in it. They have to protect the flag for 5 minutes. The other team have to steal the flag and bring it back to their base. the one Who got the flag cant use abilities like in the gates gamemode.

Third Idea;

There's 6 teams of two, and it has 3 rounds, on the first round, there's 4 gems that appear in the map, you need to grab one of them and keep it until the time runs out. Your teammate can't get a gem if you're already holding one. The four teams that get the gems move to the next round. Second round there's only 4 teams with 2 gems, and the last round have 2 teams with 1 gem. First round last 5 minutes, second is 3 min and the last round is 2 minutes.

I was also thinking about à gamemode called the custom gamemode; it will welp a lot for the beginners.
It's a gamemode where you can chose wich gamemode you want to Do, which map, and you're only against bots.
You can chose the difficulty of the bots, so the beginners Will be able to train properly before going to the real matches.
They can also chose the map they can battle on. Si they can learn all of the terrain without getting destroyed by pros.

[EDIT] also this gamemode could be Nice for pros, like they can unlock the advanced custom gamemode; where they can custom all the stats of the bots, so they can have an extra challenge. Like adding extra health, damage or speed. So people can make make weird teams and try to beat that.

Could we like add some optional dragon care elements like maybe a pokémon and me type thing where we maybe give them goodboi pats and treats for minor xp bonuses or something? Like it would be cool to expand on the whole rider/derg comradeship thing I dunno maybe that would be annoying but I wanna name and pat my dragons
