are your sure it's the third one and not the fourth?
because |x-2| pushes it right two and -3 down
f'(3)=0 => has to be a straight line, so y=7/3x is instantly not correct
the equation is y=f(x), so the tangent to the curve is horizontal, and therefore the normal would be horizontal, and it'll be the x coordinate
hence x=3
