For the first one remember that u can bring constants out of the integral so then it is clearer that it is just 2 times ur integral
for the second one you can split it up into two integrals because its adding so one for f(x) then one for just 2 (you know what the integral of f(x) is and u can evaluate the integral of 2 at those limits)
for the last one the function itself is transformed (x-1) which is a shift to the right and youll notice the limits also increased by 1 (another shift to the right, so the actual area is no different)
