ok so a) there's a typo its either sin(theta) or cos(theta) is 7/25 but according to bloody gpt i keep getting the diagram wrong.

for my F=ma equation in towards the centre. i've got

Rsinx - 10000cosx = 0.1 x 1200v^2
(x instead of theta, 0.1 instead of dividing by 10 for v^2/r)

yeah why is it 10000cos(theta) - Rsin(theta) = mv^2/r and not the other way round
