U have the vectors OP and OQ so use those to find the vector PQ
Then find the magnitude for vector PQ but do not take the square root because z is defined as the distance squared
The algebra is slightly tricky but u shld be able to do it
Sketch the paths of P and Q, making it clear they diverge in either direction and they have one point at which their separation is at a minimum
