think about parallel lines and how theyre multiples of each other, thats how u get the answer

ON = OM + MN
so ON = OM + μOB
so ON = 2/3a + μb
however ON itself is a+μ(b-a)
so you compare coefficients and solve for μ so you can sub it into 2/3a** + μ(b)
