Oo this is nice actually

First note that the square of any REAL number is non-negative so

(α-β)² + (γ-α)² + (β-γ)² ≥ 0

2α² + 2β² + 2γ² - 2αβ - 2βγ - 2γα ≥ 0

2((α+β+γ)² - 2αβ - 2βγ - 2γα) - 2αβ - 2βγ - 2γα ≥ 0

2(α+β+γ)² ≥ 6(αβ + βγ + γα)

And then the final step is to use m = α+β+γ and n = αβ + βγ + γα
