Think of what 4x(2x-1) as the LHS and (2x-1)^2 as the RHS both terms being separated by the plus

Because they both have 2x-1 within them

#

You can factor 2x-1 out

#

Same principle as factoring 2 out of 4x-4 just with (2x-1) instead
