reciprocal of x
u didnt account the - in the power
and then u multiply by x so it goes away
its js 16?
oh because i did -1/4 x 4 so thats -1 and then when you times by x its +1 so i got 16x so i need to do the reciprocal
x¹ = (x^(¼))⁴
(x^(1/4))⁴(2x^(-¼))⁴
(x^(¼) × 2x^(-¼))⁴
(2x^(-¼+¼))⁴
(2)⁴ = 16
blud when u multiply x^-1 by x its 1cuz powers -1+1=0
Yeah why did I do it like this wtf
Distributing the power is so much quicker
according to the rules of bidmas you raise the 2 to 4 then you raise the x^-1/4 by 4 first
yh tf were u doing 😭
how did u not get muted
nvm
I was treating it as a surd or smn idfk
Anyway the method will have an application somewhere
wait lemme try visualising to you what i mean @past sorrel
Like in binomial expansion or something idfk
he understands it
oh lol
z* so inspirational😻
i get it from u 🥰
yeah ik lol
