Do I sub z1 into z^5 + 1 and see if it equals 0
or
rearrange the equation so it’s z^5 = -1, then use my answer in part a) instead of -1 and then do everything to the power of 1/5 and see if it gives me z1?

yh id personally put the root into e^itheta form and raise to power of 5 and show that its equal to -1
