pls dont msg if u cant help
1/cosθ - cosθ/1
so 1/cosθ - cos²θ/cosθ
so 1-cos²θ/cosθ
we know that 1-cos²θ is sin²θ
so sin²θ/cosθ
but we want a tan
so that can be rewrote as sinθ(sinθ/cosθ)
and sinθ/cosθ=tanθ
giving us required sinθtanθ
