I completely forgot how to do vectors, but how would i know which to subtract from which

ik the vector is (-5 / 7) snd (-8/2) without the fraction sign just doing that to show its on top of another

could someone explain how to do the quesiton i just forgot completely

and could i imagine it on a graph like (-5, 7) and (-8, 2) or is that not a thing

Draw a vector from O to A ((0, 0) to (-5, 7)), then from O to B, then figure out how to traverse from A to B

Which in this case is ||OB - OA||
