Yeh ok so

#

If we expand the RHS of a

#

We get 3n^3 -3/2n^2 -n/2

wrf i neber did trig in series

So then 103 …. Must equal 3/2n^2 - n/2

#

so the rcos(rpi/2) all it does is make it 0, -1, 0, 1…

#

So all it is is that 3/2n^2 -n/2 = sum of -2 + 4 - 6 + 8… Until 28

#

And that can be easily evaluated by pattern spotting

#

So then u just set them equal to each other

#

Solving for n

#

@toxic sluice do u get I

yh mb

#

yah if u just evaluate the sum for small numbers u will notice a pattern

#

That it’s like -2,2, -4, 4,-6,6….
