that should help you realise the technique to use

2b) think of conjugate pairs

4a) draw it on an argand diagram, you can get the radius by doing the modulus and theta by doing the argument

for 8), I haven't actually learnt regions, but sketching |z+3-5i|<3 and dealing with the argument inequality on the second one will help
