You must use the perfect square form
Complete the square then assume there is a constant
a quadratic y = ax^2 + bx + c can be written as
y = a(x-b)^2 + c
you know the minimum is 5,-3 so you can put that into ur completed square form
y = a(x-5)^2 - 3
now sub in (4,0)
0 = a - 3 --> a = 3
so whats b and c
