well as n approaches infinity so does n^2 so the 2 is going to become less significant
and we can ignore it so it essentially becomes
3n^2/n^2
which is 3
what are you trying to get as the limiting value? I dont really understand what it's asking for?
so the limiting value is the number that this expression will tend to as n approaches infinity
so if n was an incredibly large number
the value of the expression would be 3
