If you want to find probability less than 2 and more than or equal to minus 1 you add the probability of -1, 0 and 1
You don't add the probability of two because it has to be less than two
-1+1+0 =0?
So u would do 0.25+0
25+0.15???
Cause ik rhe answer is 0.6 from ms but I'm lost how they got to there
Wth is alpha
Yes If that's what you found it to be
Why would u times it by 2 and add my 0.1 tho
If it's confusing you do a table of x values and probabilities
Alright ok
Send a pic when you done it
Yo what is that
Bro I ain't got a clue
Like I'm deadass lost on this question
The other ones I understand cause it had like idk K in it or something but this has none so I'm like what do u even do
I meant a table like this
Now if you want the probability that it asks in the question you add -1 0 and 1
Add those 3 probabliities together and u get 0.6
Part c uses a decimal to trick you but you just add all probabilities greater than - 2.3 so just add all the probabilities from -2 to 2
Tyyy I understand now jr a lifesaver
