if it's in the form x(x-a)^2
then one solution is 0
and the other solution repeats
so the graph only intersects twice
but how u figure it out
so i should do a quadratic equation
if you take out the x from the equation
you get x(x^2-4x+4)
and then complete the square on the bracket
x(x-2)^2-4+4
= x(x-2)^2
(2,0) i think
why:
well u completed the square and then to get the coords of turning point wouldnt u just flip whats in the bracket and thats ur x coord
and then y is the one outside
careful
the y is only the one outside if it's a - or a + term
with no x
so the turning point would have been (2,2) if the equation was x(x-2)^2 +2
lol
i might need glasses
ur fine dw
