i found the weirdest way to answer that hard question from edexcel 2022 p1 idk if it’s even valid , since i’ve made alot of assumptions can someone check it 4 me

i don’t think so. have you said the length of the sectors base is 4?

i applied that to my w.o but forgot to write it out 😬

u see when i work out the area of the triangle , i use 4

yeah im not sure if that would be correct as the outside of the sector is 4 units away from the centre. is that the correct answer though?

just looking at what you’ve done again, it seems to be a valid method. very creative acctualy. i misunderstood some of your values lol
