When you square equations you add solutions
why are you squaring anything
i imagine you get a quadratic which gives you the two solutions
but since the quadratic is in terms of rootx you reject the negative solution

In a sqrt graph it is impossible to obtain negative x values(excluded from the domain) by squaring we get 2 solutions but we must ensure it is greater or equal to 0
