1st question you can use trig to work out the height of slanted triangles to use 1/2bh*4 + area of square
2nd you can work out the sf (from volumes) and h of triangle b from area and base - so scale that h to get the h of triangle a

yes sorry i interpreted “angle between any sloping edge and the plane” as a sloping face, just use the same method but take 55 as the angle from a corner to the plane and you should get the answer
so times the faces by 4?

the method getting 1100 assumes angles between face and plane is 55, to get 1300 you take the angle between the corners and the plane as 55
