For part b my teacher said to write the original equation in matrix form

Yeah he’s right, if it’s low marks you can find the inverse by calculator
u can use ur calc for stuff that is purely numerical
usually actual exams will include algebra so its not like its bad practice to do what u did

You can’t just put a definite integral into ur calc a lot of the time
more in matrix sense
obvious show rough working like using determinant and stuff
Just smack into your calc
but once u sub everything in the formula and stuff doesnt really matter
