Alright so
dw
If you look at the 2^6 x 5 x 7 option
It’s not a multiple of 60, because 60 has a 3 in it’s prime composition, but this number doesn’t

So you can rule that one out
Based on that, can you give me one that is a multiple of both? That would mean that it has all the numbers that they have in it and at least as many times as the number of times as the one out of the two with more of that number in it’s prime composition
2^4 x 3 x 7
That wouldn’t work because it’s not a multiple of 5, whereas both 60 and 2240 are
And also because that only has 2 four times in its composition but 2240 has 2 six times
2^4 x 3 x 5^2 x 7
That also wouldn’t work, can you tell me why?
2^6 x 3 x 5 x 7
Yep so that’s one, well done
because 2240 has 2 six times
Yep
how do i find the next one?
If we figure out the minimum number, then we can just count all of the options that have the same numbers, just more times
So the lowest common multiple of 60 and 2240 is 2^6 x 3 x 5 x 7
We want all of the options on there that have those and more
2^8 x 3 x 5^2 x 7 ?
Yeah that works as well
so are those 2 my final answers?
You may want to have a look through the options again, that’s not quite all
Yep very nice
is that all of them?
Yeah
thank you so much for your help i really appreciate it!
