To get the ones they got wrong you would have (a - c) since a is every question they did and c is just the right ones
And they lose 1 mark for each of those, so you'd just subtract (a-c) from 4c
For part 2 you simply plug in the values you're given and the only thing you actually need to find is 3/4 of 20 to plug in for a

b) 3/4 of 20 is 15. 4x15 = 60. 60+c = 80. c = 20
4c - (a-c) (brackets unnecessary but helps with understanding it)
