D is 180 degrees from C because if you drew a north line above C and drew a clockwise circle starting from it, it will reach D after 180 degrees. Plus it is straight south anyways
The distance is 3cm which is actual scaled to 3000cm and 100cm = 1m so it's 30m away
North East would be to the upper right of point A. 400m = 4cm due to the new scale. Point B will lie 4cm away from A along the imaginary line that connects Point A to the top right hand corner of the entire grid
