Look for 4 on the x-axis
On the 1st graph
And the x coordinate for the point on the graph has a y coordinate and it is 0.5 so 0.5 is ur answer
Are you sure it’s wrong? Even I got 0.5
This is a guess but could it be 0.25 cuz if y=1/x then y=1/4?
that makes no sene, y=k/x
show the other 2 graphs
anyway its 0.25 (not because of above but)
x = 2, y = 1/2
so when x=4 y halves so y = 1/4
declan u got part A wrong so u would get part B wrong thats whats confusing
Wdym by halves cuz half of 4 is 2
when x doubles y halves
inverse proportionality
4 is double of 2 so x has doubled so y must halve
oh yea k is 1 im confused how declan got confused
So the answer is 1/4?
yes
do u understand how he got y=1/x?
no
