Set the volume of the cone equal to 270pi
rearrange to get the radius
then use that to work out the volume of the hemisphere
then add them together
so 1/3r^2pih = 270pi
then rearrange to get r on it's own
then work out the volume of the hemisphere with that by doing 4/3r^3pi
and dividing it by 2
