wouldn’t you do the integral of (equation of tangent - equation of curve) from 0 to where they intersect at 1?

if you think about it logically, the integral of the tangent from 0-1 gives the area under it, and the integral of the curve from 0-1 gives the area underneath the curve

#

and the area youre looking for is all the area under the tangent - the area under the curve
