here are the other mods i have installed:
Chat triggers, NEU, Odin, Optifine, Patcher, SkyHanni, SBA, SBE, dulkir and SkyTils
I am using feather launcher, does anyone know why this is happening

No, and you also get no support from NEU and Skytils
