Issue: It’s the motherboard’s PCIE_8Pin_LED. I didn’t have any issues using the PC, but just wondering why the red light is on. How should I fix it?

page 22 of the english manual says that red error light indicates a problem with the CPU. so you probably either need to plug in both 4+4pin cpu power cables or the cpu needs to be reseated in the socket because a pin is out of alignment
probably good idea to check all other power cables as well
there is also a possibility that the power cable(s) are not fully seated in the power supply side
and hopefully you used the correct cables and not a pcie 6+2 pin cable intended for gpus only
