did you set the ram to 5200? and put the sticks in the specified channels? does the cpu have a limit on quantity at x speed?

looking it up for gigabyte motherboards it ofc is a ram issue but pertains to the cpu pins making contact

if you could re-seat the cpu that may fix your issue

though if you havent tried one stick in ram slot a2 then try that first just to see if its a memory training issue

What kind of ram did you get? You know that TR only supports RDIMM ECC memory correct?

I checked it's corect ECC ram that I'm running it's Kingston one
