#GPU has No Display and fans dont spin

CPU - Ryzen 5 4650
GPU - Rx590
Motherboard - A320M
Ram - 16GB
PSU - 650W

Bought the GPU refurbished

The GPU worked fine when we tested it but after a while it pooped itself my PC doesnt detect it it doesnt spin nor gets display when i plug the HDMI in but theres a light indicating its getting power

Ive tried putting a different GPU in my pc it works, Ive tried putting my GPU in a different PC same problem no display fans dont spin, the PC does boot cus I can hear a youtube in the background, When I switch to my intergrated graphics it works perfectly fine

I opened up my GPU and found out theres holes that arent soldered properly is this the root of the problem and if so how can I fix this?there doesnt seem to be any damage nor missing parts from the board just this.

if you have warranty with the gpu still, send it back for replacement or refund. otherwise you are out of luck. it would cost the same or more to have that ancient card repaired with a service.

also that second imagine is not even the same board, so you're comparing apples with oranges so to speak

I bought it from shopee which is like amazon or ebay of Philippines it says theres a 1 month warranty but the seller isnt responding another person who bought the same GPU came in conatct with me and had theirs returned but as of this day they havent received a refund nor a replacement
