Anyone know how to fix this? Its not noticeable when I have my headset on but I dont like the fact that it whines. Only makes noise when I have a game focused. So if I tab out it stops instantly.

and theres no guarantee that your replacement WONT have the issue

yes. and honestly they all whine if you shove enough power through it.

its a quality of life issue

if its a new gpu, you can return it to the retailer or see if you can get a replacement from them (much easier than going through the manufacturer)
