So I have a B560- A Asus Rog Strix wifi and a Corsair vengeance 16gb ram

I wanted to change the speed because I saw that’s what you are supposed to do but when I changed it to 3200 mhz, my pc just went off and on multiple times and now it’s just on but nothing shows up on the screen

How can i change it again and why does this happen?

I need to go back to work - not off for another hour and a half or so

You need to clear your CMOS and when trying to change DRAM frequency you need to use the preset XMP/A-XMP profiles which are included/already set up

Just changing the frequency alone leads to instability in the system and may prevent the system from booting properly. Someone else may be able to assist or I can later if no one is able.

It booted and was good until I tried to install a ssd, now it doesn’t boot idk if I broke the gpu lol
