As the title says, I can download driver only and my PC runs fine, as soon as I install any bit of adrenalin I get microstutters every 3 or so seconds no matter what task im doing. This started happening 4-5 months ago and slowly gets worse.

Specs
CPU - 5900X
GPU - 7900xtx 310 speedster
RAM - 2x16GB Trident Z Neo 3600mhz CL16
MOBO - Crosshair VIII Hero
PSU - HX 1200
Storage - 2TB Rocket 4.0 SSD & 1TB SN750 SSD

Things I have tried
Different gpu, 6900xt same issue, 3060 works great.

Different cpu, 5700x same issue

Fresh windows 11 install

DDU all drivers as well as trying older versions (back to 22.10)

Rebuilt entire PC in case I missed something dumb

BIOS update, and Chipset update

Reset BIOS to default settings and cleared CMOS

Turned all settings off in Adrenalin Software

Downloading Enterprise dirvers and software (helped for a short amount of time and started stuttering again)

I know I have done more basic things than this but these are the big ones I think, any help would be appreciated.

when you put the 3060 in and use nvidia panel it works fine? or do you leave adren on the pc?

No I DDU AMD drivers for the 3060 and just use nvidias software and runs perfect. Then same thing DDU Nvidia drivers and download adrenalin and pc runs like a potato with 7900xtx or 6900xg

The only thing I can really recommend is restarting with the DDU process

A fresh windows install was a good start

Yes, I see you've done both ^^ but as of right now that's all I can say - now that we know there's a fresh windows install. But I don't know what order anything was done in The audio drivers shouldn't matter as pertaining to the issue presented. Only the GPU drivers should be targeted. Make sure you're doing this within safe mode. follow guru3d guide

You mentioned also trying legacy drivers...which is not a good idea in this particular case, new hardware isn't going to play nice with those I imagine.

#

When you do the install - do a CUSTOM installation - make sure everything is selected factory reset/but do not keep user settings. and the "Full install" option is selected

Just to make sure we're really starting fresh here and we can work from there

DDU drivers twice and reinstalled with full install didnt still stuttering like hell, also reinstalled with driver only and works fine but noticeably lower fps

And are you sure you're getting the windows 11 drivers?

This issue just seems really weird, but I'm curious what the heck is going on.
