are they only plugged into the front of the pc? if so make sure your IO stuff is plugged all the way in

No everything is plugged into the back of the computer

I’ve tried disconnecting all usb and just booting with displays plugged in but I get nothing

this likely isnt the issue, but noticing that the 4 pin on the end of your 24pin isnt plugged in right, those little stops should be underneath the 20 pin, that is why it is sitting at an angle. might as well get it fixed while working on things
