[Bug Report] Era's Affinity Stuck & Token Disappeared

Hi devs, I think I found a strange bug with the striker "Era".

I've played her many times, but her Affinity Level is still stuck at Level 1.
I even used an Affinity Token to unlock her reward, but the token disappeared and nothing was unlocked. 😢

Among all the strikers I own, only Era has this issue.
I've tried restarting the game multiple times, but it still doesn't work.

This might be a glitch in the game because of a system they have set in place called the "Free Weekly Striker Rotation", where you have two strikers unlocked for free per week. There have been many bugs because of this system, such as strikers getting locked/unlocked randomly for players.
I suggest restarting the game, maybe that fixes it? If that doesn't work, I suggest making a GAME ticket about this issue in #🙋│submit-a-ticket and they should be able to either give you your EXP or at least acknowledge the bug
