Both of his dashes are marked as "impact" so this implies the dash is doing the damage when you use your ult mid-dash. However, they only get range from Super Surge instead of both effects from the awakening.

ngl I've scrolled through a few patches back and couldn't find this. Even if they did though by now they should probably undo that for consistency's sake as well as the fact Kazan has been nerfed pretty much every patch for the last 5 now
