Just used two affinity tokens in a row but before the second one gave points, I loaded into the game. After the game ended I decided to check if the points were registered. I had 157k before using tokens and I currently only have 162k. I'm never using affinity tokens again before queuing cause of the risk of losing points from it.
Edit: I also logged out/in and restarted the game to double check and it's currently still the same.
