The problem with OS on switch

I'm just asking for only one thing,( please reply to me game developers to let me now) the game is severely bugged on the switch, the game basically doesn't update and so you're stuck in an earlier version and missing out on stuff, just when the finii event started, we couldn't queue anymore as we had different versions than every other people, so please fix this and let me know you're actually trying, because I really loved this game and I don't want to miss out on future content, please odyssey, help us switch users

Our 3.0 patch went out on time for Switch so I'm not sure why your version hasn't updated yet.

Could you try going to the store and manually forcing an update? If that doesn't work you might want to try deleting the game and redownloading it. The latest version should be on the marketplace.

On the switch homepage, hover over the software and click minus. Then go down to software update and kick on update via Internet

That should update the game and allow you to play
