No one should have to lose rank for this. And this isn't one match either, this is every match I play in competitive. Impossible to solo queue and get anywhere. Lacks accessibility for solo players

Manual bans do get handed out to players who conduct in unsportsman-like behavior. Simply use the report system (appropriately) and trust the team to handle it.

This is every other game I play in solo queue. It ruins the fun of the game for me. If they were actively banning people or even had an auto stat ban system that keeps track of the number of own goals per game or tracks the number of times they go AFK in a match it would at least help, but it seems Ody doesn't care enough

Extra note: if you can stall long enough to ( iirc ) 40 seconds in, the match will start to cancel if you are still in the first set. Then they get an active leaver penalty, can be reported, and you don't lose LP.

In solo queue it has really become a rool of the dice whether or not you get a**hole throwing teammates
And Ody clearly doesn't do shit because I've reported people for the same thing then gotten into the same match with the a week+ later
